Account Receivable Executive (Credit Control)
- Possess a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in identifying and assessing financial risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations in Malaysia is an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with sales teams to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintaining up-to-date debtors aging reports and monitoring overdue accounts.
- Monitoring and reviewing customer credit limits and credit terms.
- Analyzing customer credit limits, credit terms, and payment behavior reports.
- Preparing reminder letters or notices to customers.
- Preparing and maintaining credit notes for discounts given under terms and conditions.
- Preparing customer statements monthly to ensure timely payments and uploading invoices to the B2B system.
- Handling ad-hoc projects related to credit control.
