Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Payable support for our growth and enhance Toll's customer experience. It also plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, fostering customer retention, and contributing to overall business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Invoice Management: Efficiently manage the entire invoice lifecycle, from accurate receipt and system posting to meticulous matching with purchase orders and goods received.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively investigate and swiftly resolve any invoice discrepancies to maintain financial integrity and ensure accuracy.

• Timely & Compliant Payments: Process vendor payments in strict adherence to financial policies, ensuring smooth cash flow.

• Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise and organized records of all invoices, payments, and essential documentation.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships by reconciling statements, resolving issues, and ensuring contractual obligations are met with both vendors and internal/external stakeholders.

• Proactive Follow-up: Take initiative to follow up on overdue invoices, ensuring timely payments and upholding vendor trust.

• Effective Communication: Act as a key liaison, communicating seamlessly with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and provide payment updates.

What You'll Bring:

• While 1-2 years of experience is valued, we are open for recent graduates with relevant Finance or Accounting background to apply.

• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Crucial for managing a diverse workload, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining impeccable records.

• Fluent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential. Your fluency in Mandarin will be key to effective communication with our international counterparts and managing global operations.

• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills for positive and productive interactions with vendors and internal teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Comfortable and efficient with essential office software.

• Deadline-Driven: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
