Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is hiring for an Invoice Processing professional to support accounts payable activities and ensure data accuracy across financial records. You will verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

• Invoice Processing: Verify and enter vendor invoices into accounting system.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate discrepancies and obtain missing documentation with AP team.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure transactions follow policies and audits.
• Financial Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records for compliance.
• Process Improvement: Propose changes to make AP workflows faster and smarter.
