About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Payable Executive to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable processes.

What you'll be doing

Reconciling and processing supplier invoices in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

Communicating with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies

Assisting with the preparation of accounts payable reports and analysis

Ensuring all payments are made within agreed terms

Collaborating with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes

Providing support for other finance and accounting tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for accuracy and a proactive problem-solving approach

Preferably Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
