Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring account payable management around the world is processed on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the reconciliation and other business support services on a global scale. You'll join the Account Payable team within Financial Services.

You’ll play an important role in:

1. Driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions.
2. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable issues.
3. Resolving discrepancies by working closely with vendors and internal departments.
4. Providing exceptional support by responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and enhance vendor relationships.
6. Participating in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.

To succeed in the role, you:

1. Have a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or are a member of any professional bodies.
2. Have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within accounts payable.
3. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle vendor interactions professionally.
4. Have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
5. Possess basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
6. Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
