Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Handle full-set accounts (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, invoices, and process payments.
  • Assist in annual audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office operations including supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support HR admin with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / LCCI or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, UBS, SQL) & MS Office.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
