Job description

We are an established and expanding Building & Civil Construction company in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, seeking talented and motivated candidates to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and manage the company's financial records, ensuring proper accounting treatment for various transactions.
  3. Experience in preparing & submitting Enterprise tax return, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  5. Experience in preparing Form EA, submitting Form E, CP8D.
  6. Understand deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly to meet reporting obligations.
  7. Stay informed about changes in accounting & tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial queries and provide insights.
  9. Liaise with the company secretary for timely updates on company matters.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction field.
  3. Proficiency in SQL System.
  4. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Multi-tasking skills.
