A leading company in the aluminium industry is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Officer to support financial operations. The role involves managing accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience or a minimum SPM certification.

This is a full-time role that will be responsible for accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the business.

Performing account payable - compiling vendors invoice and attachment for payment.

Performing account receivable - receivable and accounts processing, billing thru accounting system to respectively entity and e-invoicing submission.

To monitor and collect debt from AR listing.

Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.

Maintaining detailed and organized accounting records and files.

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts officer or accounts clerk role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Proactive, organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines

Minimum SPM, fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply.
