Job Title: Account Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Officer to join our dynamic team at COMPACT METAL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, located in Bukit Batu, Sedenak, Kulai. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and full set accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently and promptly
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and relevant documents
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in accounting software such as Maxisoft and AutoCount
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
