Job description

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Malaysia. To achieve this, the Account Manager will develop direct relationships with key customers and partners. The primary responsibility is selling IoT, workplace occupancy, loss prevention, and security solutions to assigned verticals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop key accounts within Malaysia.
  2. Develop strategic account plans to promote the company's core solutions and encourage adoption.
  3. Build customer relationships at a senior level, including key operations and purchasing managers.
  4. Collaborate with management to support business development.
  5. Drive revenue growth across multiple product platforms.
  6. Provide sales support such as needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
  7. Prepare forecasts and updates on sales progress.
  8. Coordinate technical training for new product launches and existing support.
  9. Work with customer service to meet product requirements and delivery timelines.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma with 2 years of sales experience.
  2. Experience in IoT market and technology is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Team player, self-starter, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
  5. Resourceful and sales-focused.
  6. Own transport required.
