Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience with basic banking knowledge.
  • Customer service experience preferred for Account Manager position.
  • 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending for Account Manager.
  • 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending for Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned SME portfolio to meet targets.
  • Cross-sell Bank’s products and services.
  • Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
  • Execute business plans set by the Bank.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
  2. Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to meet customer needs and achieve financial objectives.
  3. Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
  4. Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
  6. Collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities, including but not limited to:
  • Trade
  • Forex
  • Cash Management Solutions

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of financial accounts
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Selling skills

Education / Knowledge:

  • A University Degree or Diploma
  • Banking knowledge; credit knowledge is preferred

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience with basic banking knowledge
  • Customer service experience (for Account Manager / Senior Account Manager)
  • 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
  • 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
