We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen to unleash their high potential at Hilti, starting as

Account Manager. This is not an ordinary sales job, as ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving sales planning/ target through territory assigned.
  2. Identifying business/sales opportunity and promoting Hilti’s product line based on designed territory and trade segment.
  3. Applying trade application knowledge to become solution provider to customers through demo culture/ user training.
  4. Expanding sales coverage by acquiring new clients and maintaining good business relationships with existing clients to build up loyalty based on the customer loyalty journey.
  5. Demo products and services in person, face-to-face, with customers.
  6. Applying disciplined sales execution towards customer development with planning annually/monthly/weekly/daily activities with clear objectives to ensure productive sales calls.
  7. To be an expert in handling customers' enquiries/complaints and provide ideal solutions.
  8. Sales forecasting and activities planning/closing via CRM.
  9. Preparing quotations and monitoring progress of customer orders and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Introducing new products to market/target customers.
  11. Collaborate with a variety of departments (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service, etc).
  12. Attending to other ad-hoc matters or tasks as and when required by team leader.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above in any discipline.
  2. Fresh graduates with interest/passion in Sales & the Construction industry are welcomed to apply.
  3. Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  4. Persuasive, persistent, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success is an advantage.
