A leading company in Sabah is seeking an Account Manager | Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in assigned territories. This position focuses on building relationships with clients, offering solutions through product demos, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and possesses strong communication skills.
Account Manager | Sales Engineer @ Europe MNC - Sabah (KK)
1. Achieve sales targets through the assigned territory.
2. Identify business and sales opportunities, promoting the company's product line based on the designated territory and trade segment.
3. Utilize trade application knowledge to become a solution provider to customers through demos, culture, and user training.
4. Expand sales coverage by acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients to build loyalty based on the customer loyalty journey.
5. Demonstrate products and services in person, face-to-face with customers.
6. Execute disciplined sales activities with planning (annual, monthly, weekly, daily) and clear objectives to ensure productive sales calls.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing ideal solutions.
8. Conduct sales forecasting, activity planning, and closing via CRM.
9. Prepare quotations, monitor customer orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
10. Introduce new products to the market and target customers.
11. Collaborate with various departments such as logistics, credit, marketing, and technical services.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
• Holds at least a Diploma qualification or higher.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Persuasive, persistent, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has previous sales experience with a proven track record of success (preferred).
