Job summary

A leading company in the technology sector is seeking a sales professional to develop new customers and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing comprehensive product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop new customers to expand market share.

Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.

Maintain good relationships with customers, advising them on company products, price movements, and other developments.

Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction ratings.

Identify and resolve customer problems directly or by transferring issues to the relevant departments for proper resolution.

Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation materials.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic) or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
  • Experience with UPS systems is a plus.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
