Account Manager, Motor Corporate Dealers

Job Purpose:

1. Grow and manage business portfolio within authorized limits and guidelines.
2. Manage BU resources for efficient delivery of excellent customer services.
3. Provide consistent Professional Service to Customers and Business Partners.
4. Plan, organize and supervise work of subordinates and leverage for highest productivity.

Accountabilities:

1. Assist VP / AVP / Manager in achieving Business Plan of Business Unit.
2. Ensure profitable growth on target business portfolio to achieve BU / Company goals.
3. Ensure efficient implementation and full compliance of company policies, regulatory laws, guidelines and requirements including credit control.
4. Ensure integrity, image and company leadership position in region.
5. Motivate subordinates for high quality professional services and delivery.
6. Assist in developing the skills of subordinates and create proactive team.
7. Develop close business relationship with intermediaries and customers to ensure Company’s preferred status.
8. Perform risk inspections together with Risk Surveyor on clients insured premises & work closely with the Company’s Underwriters & Re insurers for premium rates and coverage.
9. Maintain & service the existing large account of Motor Corporate & Dealers and its’ agents and develop good business relationship within the Company’s marketing policies & guidelines.
10. Any other tasks or projects assigned by VP / AVP / Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Degree / Diploma Holder preferably in Insurance or Business Studies.
2. At least 5 years working experience preferably in operations or branch level.
