Job Responsibilities
  1. Business development as necessary to meet sales targets in Malaysia.
  2. Ensure delivery of sales results to meet the sales budget.
  3. Provide advice and technical guidance based on customer needs.
  4. Offer on-site technical support to dealers and OEM customers, including product installation, training, and roadshows.
  5. Maintain close communication with dealers to facilitate sales operations.
Experience & Requirements
  1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Marine or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C environments.
  3. Excellent product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Good analytical skills to address technical issues from customers.
  5. Experience or knowledge in marine industries is an advantage.
  6. Ability to interact effectively with key accounts, difficult customers, and internal departments.
  7. Willing to travel throughout Malaysia; owning a car is preferable.
  8. Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local dialects.
