Your Role

Responsible for handling targeted segments for Lab Water sales and service performance, covering nationwide sales to meet team and company financial objectives.

What You Do

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Plan, organize, and implement business development and expansion initiatives.
  • Manage and achieve KPIs for the responsible segments.
  • Support and execute approved business development programs.
  • Gather, update, analyze, and report market information.
  • Implement customer retention, expansion, and relationship management programs.
  • Develop and manage key accounts and segments for business expansion.
  • Create yearly strategic business development and expansion plans for responsible segments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or relevant scientific or business discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell to all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills for effective communication at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of customers, competition landscape, and market trends.
  • Detail-oriented and effective in task completion, with good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.
