Your Role

Responsible for handling the targeted segment for Lab Water sales & service performance, covering nationwide sales to meet team and company financial objectives.

What You Do
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Plan, organize, and implement business development and expansion initiatives.
  • Manage and achieve KPIs for the responsible segments.
  • Support and execute approved business development programs.
  • Gather, update, analyze, and report market information.
  • Implement customer retention, expansion, and relationship management programs.
  • Develop and efficiently manage key accounts and segments for business expansion.
  • Create yearly strategic business development and expansion plans for responsible segments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Who You Are
  • Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or relevant scientific/business discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell to all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills for effective communication at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of customers, competition landscape, and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce, diligent, and effective at getting things done.
