What's the Role?

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing customers by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
  4. Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  5. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.
  7. Perform sales forecasting, activity planning, and closing via CRM7.
  8. Prepare quotations and monitor the progress of customer orders, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with various departments (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service, etc.).
  10. Attend to other ad-hoc matters or tasks as required by the team leader.
