What's the Role?

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing customers by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
  4. Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  5. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.
  7. Conduct sales forecasting and activity planning, and close deals via CRM.
  8. Prepare quotations, monitor customer order progress, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with departments such as logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service.
  10. Attend to other ad-hoc tasks as required by the team leader.
What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with customers. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation within the defined territory and target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

Scope: Anchor job in Account Manager structure.

What you need is
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification or higher in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates with interest or passion in Sales & the Construction industry are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  • Persuasive, persistent, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record is an advantage.
