Account Manager (IT Security)

Looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing leads, building and maintaining relationships, managing deals, fulfilling their requirements and requests, responding to their queries in a timely manner, and aspiring to deliver a positive client experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage portfolio of clients to achieve long-term success
2. Develop positive relationships with clients
3. Find key people in organizations to sell our solutions – Mostly IT department
4. Able to present and upsell TechLab’s solutions and support offerings
5. Remediate conflicts with clients in a timely manner
6. Understand each client’s nature of business to propose suitable solutions and offerings

Plus Points in Experience

1. Relevant experience in a similar client-facing role
2. Experience in a strategic partner management position
3. Experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales
4. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
5. Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth
6. Strong sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-oriented solutions and services
7. Experience with successful partner management

Qualifications

1. SPM, diploma graduate or equivalent education experience
2. Experience as Sales Account Manager/Sales Representative (also open to fresh grads)
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, and Google Suite
