What's the Role?
  • Professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in territories nationwide within the target industry.
  • Developing existing and establishing new customer relationships.
  • Providing efficient solutions and technical support on building sites, backed by our innovative range of products and services.
  • Introducing new products and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Promoting and demonstrating Hilti products and solutions using a fully equipped, branded vehicle.
  • Exceeding targets and maximizing profitable growth in the region, while managing the financial resources allocated to the team.
  • Growing focus customer base within a defined territory through outside, B2B, face-to-face sales.
  • Developing business plans to effectively maintain and grow focus customer sales.
  • Leveraging multiple sales channels to maximize territory revenue.
  • Obtaining appointments with decision makers at construction/industrial companies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer history and potential to provide detailed account knowledge.
  • Working on jobsites to identify key roles and their responsibilities and needs.
  • Collaborating across departments and liaising with representatives from materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to represent the company professionally.
  • Reading and understanding construction documents at a relevant level for Hilti.

What you need is:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical business sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels, including C-suite and operational staff.
  • Passion and interest in building a career in construction.
  • Strong achievement orientation.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements.
