Account Manager (Based in Kuching, Sarawak)

Manage East Malaysia Account business development with a primary focus on sales, revenue and lead generation.

Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams (sales support and services) to drive business growth and expand opportunities within Named Accounts.

Act as the key project owner and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors of major business units and CXOs.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, and build a portfolio of key customers across major local and multinational companies.

Formulate Sales & Marketing strategies and assist the Head of Department in executing effective marketing initiatives targeted at key customers.

Regularly review and analyze market trends and provide reports to senior management.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the ICT or Telecommunication industry, with strong personal networks and relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Solid knowledge of ICT solutions and services.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude, result-oriented, highly proactive, with strong execution and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
