A leading global ICT solutions provider is seeking an Account Manager based in Kuching, Sarawak. The role involves managing business development for East Malaysia, with a focus on sales and revenue generation. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT or Telecommunication industry and a Bachelor's Degree. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude. Occasional travel is required.
Manage East Malaysia Account business development with a primary focus on sales, revenue and lead generation.
Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams (sales support and services) to drive business growth and expand opportunities within Named Accounts.
Act as the key project owner and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors of major business units and CXOs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, and build a portfolio of key customers across major local and multinational companies.
Formulate Sales & Marketing strategies and assist the Head of Department in executing effective marketing initiatives targeted at key customers.
Regularly review and analyze market trends and provide reports to senior management.
