Responsibilities
- Generate sales for existing and new accounts or territories, including industry-specific or geographic regions.
- Promote and sell products and solutions to current and prospective customers and inform them of new product launches.
- Understand customer needs proactively and identify solutions for non-standard tasks; actively seek new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales quotas and business goals.
- Address a broad range of problems with varying complexity.
- Consistently exceed sales quotas and contribute to business growth.
- Accelerate growth through close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., IST/COE) and external partners.
- Lead enterprise-level sales efforts and build relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to sustain growth, demonstrating strong leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of sales experience.
- Passion for growth and strong leadership qualities.
- High accountability as a field engineer.
- Proven global sales skills through collaboration with IST/GAM teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain key relationships in a customer-facing role.
