Job Description:

Role Summary

This is a 2-year contract role.

At CelcomDigi, you will drive postpaid, device, and fibre sales through Controlled Channel Partners by executing sales activities, ensuring partner profitability, enforcing compliance, providing training, planning channel expansion, and optimizing franchise partner processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Controlled Channel Partners owned accounts/outlets’ performance and daily operations, aiming to increase Postpaid sales, Device, and Broadband sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and review their impact on CelcomDigi; propose quick-win actions to maintain competitiveness.
  • Identify, plan, and execute store/outlet promotions.
  • Assist partners in achieving healthy P&L.
  • Ensure dealers/outlets and staff comply with CelcomDigi guidelines through monitoring and audits.
  • Provide product training and refreshers for channel partners and staff.
  • Manage SOPP compliance, conduct audits, and coach staff to close gaps.
  • Document and reconcile properties properly.
  • Promote integrity and ensure transactions align with CelcomDigi values.
  • Plan and execute channel expansion based on market opportunities.
  • Participate in on-ground activities like events and roadshows.
  • Review and improve retail operations processes for simplicity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience, preferably in dealer/distribution/telco operations, marketing, or business administration in FMCG industries.
  • Own transport with valid licenses.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay; other languages are a plus.
  • Flexible to work during weekends or odd hours.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills for sales campaigns.
