Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in account management or sales
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall accounting & financial department operation.
Prepare and review financial reports and other financial statements reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Handle full set of consolidation account (AP bill, AR, GL & Journal)
Supervise all aspects of the Accounts department.
Lead and supervise team members on day-to-day accounting and finance functions and reviews to ensure transactions are posted accurately in the accounts.
Develop cost accounting system, Monthly P&L Forecast, statistical data and financial reporting.
Liaise with bank, auditors, tax agent, secretary and relevant government authorities.
Ensure compliance of Company's Standard Operating Procedures and notify as necessary.
Preparation of yearly budget and biweekly cash flow planning.
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Prepare and submit service tax.
Any other responsibility that management may assign from time to time.
