Job description

Coordinate with property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure service delivery and compliance.

Monitor company group’s cash flow, fund management, and banking activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for e-invoicing, relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial statements for audit, tax submission, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Supervise the company’s accounting and financial operations, including taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial and variance analysis, and process improvements.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets to provide insights to management.

Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, lawyers, bankers, and government authorities as needed.

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the finance team.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese to assist Chinese-speaking clients is preferred.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
