About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at NINO DIGITAL SYSTEM (M) SSN BHD'. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to support their business objectives. This is a full-time position based in The Highway Centre, Jalan 51, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
Prepare full-set of accounts to ensure all financial data are processed accurately in a timely manner
Facilitate the daily treasury activities to ensure financial sustainability
Prepare all relevant financial documentation in a timely manner for management review
Comply with company policies, tax authority requirements and accounting standards when preparing books of account to maintain financial integrity
Facilitate the cost and budgeting process of the organization to support business growth
Any ad hoc tasks assigned from the management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, proactively managing their accounts and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to help clients make informed business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored financial solutions that meet clients' unique needs
Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, while also managing collections and accounts receivable
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager or Client Relationship Management role, preferably within the Accounting industry
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
Required Skill(s): SQL, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe
Able to start work immediately
Preferred candidate fluent in Mandarin, candidate requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
