Job description

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the IT consulting and services industry, you will leverage your strong connections to drive new business, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for IT consulting and services.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Utilize your extensive network to identify and secure new business opportunities within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors. Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, understanding client needs and tailoring our solutions to address their challenges.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall team performance.
  • Strategic Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
