Job description

To engage with prospects, such as events agencies, prospective banqueting customers, corporate partners, tour groups, and other leads to understand their needs, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

To conduct market research while drafting sales presentations to successfully close deals under the supervision of the Sales Consultant and Chief Marketing Officer.

To work closely with the marketing team to ensure that market strategies and messaging are aligned with sales goals.

To propose banqueting products, packages, advertising, and other promotional offers to attract new customers and clients.

To maximize revenue while delivering a positive customer experience at the Group’s restaurants, fostering long-term relationships, and securing repeat business such as annual dinners.

To achieve the company’s sales targets and actively secure long-term business relationships.

Job Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin/Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking customers).
  2. 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the F&B industry or related fields is advantageous.
  3. Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
  4. Effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  6. A team player with a sense of responsibility and achievement.
  7. Driven, results-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
