Manage banking relationships and optimize financial resources.

Implement cost control measures and analyze variances.

Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Team Management

Lead and develop the finance team.

Delegate tasks and ensure timely delivery of financial tasks and responsibilities.

Strategic Input

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Work closely with senior management on investment and business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Requirements:
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

    Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment.

    • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, reporting, and internal controls.

    Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, including vehicle sales, service, and parts functions.

    • Prior exposure to financial systems, standard operating procedures, and reporting structures is a distinct advantage.

    Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a finance team.

    • High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.

    Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in accounting and ERP systems such as SQL, SAP, or similar platforms.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and data analysis tools.
