KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership:

  • Build positive and collaborative relationships both within the direct team and across the wider business.
  • Build productive relationships with external partners, including suppliers and partner agencies.
  • Inspire, motivate, and mentor broader teams to create business-oriented and creative content and social solutions on client briefs.
  • Support new business and pitch opportunities proactively.
  • Manage the line management, development, and overall quality and delivery of work by the broader Chemistry team, in conjunction with the Chemistry Business Head.
  • Manage up to senior teams effectively, seeking support and advice when needed.

Clients:

  • Nurture and impact influential senior client relationships through effective communication and understanding their working styles.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ business and brand.
  • Lead effective client meetings, setting agendas, tone, and desired outcomes.
  • Utilize data from internal and client surveys to strengthen relationships and challenge constructively for the best outcomes.
  • Proactively reach out with new ideas and insights to clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of creative development and budget control.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience managing campaigns in an integrated agency, handling B2B marketing/branding.
  • A proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business and pitches.
  • Deep understanding of mobile's impact on retail and the consumer journey.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or IT retail projects is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Dedication to clients and team colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing timelines and production efficiently.
  • Experience in an integrated agency environment.
Responsibilities

  • Develop market propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for new products and programs.
  • Create collateral and communication plans for new product launches.
  • Lead process improvement projects such as creative briefing and financial tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between account and project management.
  • Communicate project status, profitability, and team updates timely and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships within the business and elevate the agency’s profile.
  • Share industry knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Collaborate with project management teams.
  • Identify client needs and propose strategic solutions.
  • Model company values and mentor junior team members.
  • Provide clear instructions and feedback to juniors.

Qualifications
