Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of assigned accounts. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls in compliance with local statutory requirements.
3. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax, and statutory obligations.
4. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. A Diploma/Degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, or a Professional Qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in using E Soft and Million accounting systems is an added advantage.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
