Account Manager

Job Summary:

• Available to work on the following days and shifts:
• Monday to Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required
• Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month

Working Location: Senai JB

Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC)

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts.
2. Supervise all activities of the Finance and Invoicing departments.
3. Assist in preparing financial and management reports, including budget development, revenue forecasting, and performance evaluation monthly.
4. Assist in preparing annual financial statements for the company and related entities.
5. Assist in GST and Income Tax Returns preparation.
6. Assist in internal and external financial audits.
7. Develop and improve company policies, workflow procedures, and fiscal policies to ensure compliance with legal, accounting, and operational standards.
8. Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Meticulous with attention to detail.
4. Good time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards is an advantage.
