Account Manager

Pavilion Wee Bullion Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Account Manager with solid experience in managing full set accounts and strong financial analysis skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, providing key insights for decision-making, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage full set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support strategic business decisions
3. Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
4. Provide financial insights and analysis to support management in decision-making and business planning
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filing (SST, income tax), audit, and company policies
6. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities
7. Improve accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
8. Mentor and guide junior finance staff when necessary

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts
3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
4. Solid understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or other ERP software)
6. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
