Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain existing corporate accounts and provide high-quality servicing to existing hirers.
  2. Develop sales strategies to grow existing revenue and upsell other JobStreet.com services for corporate accounts.
  3. Identify target accounts and hirers’ needs, propose solutions, and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
  4. Conduct corporate sales presentations (SPR), account reviews, and provide total consultancy solutions to hirers on Jobstreet's products and service offerings.
  5. Support company new product rollout/adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating, and implementing the rollout/adoption to all hirers.
  6. Design engagement strategies and build relationships with top management/decision-makers of each key customer.
  7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs as required.
  8. Other duties include proper sales reporting, achieving monthly sales targets, and managing collections.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales and key account management.
  2. Demonstrable track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level.
  3. Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers.
  4. Effective engagement and communication skills at all levels.
  5. Experience in developing new revenue streams.
  6. Ability to develop high-quality proposals and present to large audiences.
  7. Skill in facilitating customer solutions workshops or similar sessions.
  8. Experience in simple program/project management.
  9. Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data.
  10. Excellent presentation skills that appeal emotionally to audiences.
