Job summary

KC & PARTNERS in Malaysia invites fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field to apply for an accounting role. Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, good English and communication skills, and familiarity with AutoCount or SQL are advantageous.

You will handle full set of accounts for clients across various industries, prepare entries, payments, receipts and monthly management accounts, and perform bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
• Familiarity with full set of accounts is an advantage.
• Experience with AutoCount or SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for clients from various industries.
• Prepare accounting entries, payment vouchers, receipts and other records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary accounting information and documents.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
