Job Responsibilities for Collection Officer (AR)
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue outstanding.
- Issuance of official receipt.
- Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
- Issuing reminder letters and follow up calls with customers.
- Handle delinquent customers' requests for interest waivers, queries on invoices and outstanding amounts.
- Ensure that collection processes are within corporate guidelines and collection policies.
- Manage administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date records.
- Assist Head of Department with payroll preparation.
- Assist Head of Accounts in day to day operation.
- Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.
Job Responsibilities for Account & HR Executive / Senior Executive - Full Set
- Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Manage internal company transactions, deposits, prepayments, accruals, loans and fixed asset records.
- Monitor petty cash, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
- Handle staff onboarding and exit and monthly Payroll Preparation for all staff.
- Ensure timely preparation of statutory submissions & payment (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
- Handle SST submission & payment.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure accurate entry to the accounting system.
- Manage administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date records.
- Assist Finance Manager in day to day operation, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities.
- Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

- Account & HR Executive / Senior Executive - Full Set [RM 3,000.00 - RM 5,000.00]
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SST and E-Invoice regulations.
- Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, Time-Tec HR, MS Office.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills.
- Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability.
- Patience and resilience.
- Analytical thinker, multitask and problem solver.
- Able to work independently and manage tight reporting timelines.
