About the role

We're seeking a dynamic Account/Finance Manager to join the team at Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting its strategic objectives. What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all financial accounting and reporting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Preparing timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and business insights
• Supervising and mentoring the finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective financial controls
• Supporting the management team in strategic planning and decision-making

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
