Job summary

A leading company in the finance sector is seeking an Account Admin Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing financial records, assisting with accounting transactions, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting and relevant experience, although fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office and UBS accounting software is advantageous, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Preferably at least 2-3 years working experience required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree or pursuing accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage documents and records for efficient retrieval.
  • Assist accounts executive with daily accounting tasks.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and financial records.

Organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving

To assist accounts executive day-to-day accounting transactions & activities such as filing, record, etc.

To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related tasks.

Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any related to the accounts.

Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger.

Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as Account Admin Assistant.

Preparation for timely closing of monthly account for management review.

Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.

Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.

Preparation for Director & office staff's claims.

Inventories relevant job - issue invoice, delivery order, credit note for stock.

Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirement

Preferably at least 2-3 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are welcome.

Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Business or currently pursuing professional qualification in accountancy; Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.

Fast & effective : high accuracy required

Able to work independently or as a team

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage, if any)

Have experience using UBS accounting software will be beneficial
