Job description

We are hiring for multiple account executive vacancies (full set accounts) in various locations including PJ, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Mid Valley, Damansara Heights, KLCC, TTDI, Desa Park City, Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Serdang, and Puchong. Industry experience in Services, Finance, Construction, Engineering, Trading, Manufacturing, Logistics, or IT will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to handle a full set of accounts.
  2. Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
  3. Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  4. Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies.
  5. Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities, along with any ad-hoc duties as needed.
  6. Prepare bank reconciliations and other reconciliation statements.
  7. Prepare journal entries.
  8. Manage monthly closings and the preparation of financial statements.
  9. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
  10. Assist with year-end closings.
  11. Liaise with auditors, bankers, and government departments when required.
  12. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  13. Manage asset accounts.
  14. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  15. Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as necessary.
