We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team immediately.
- Handle a full set of accounts (SST, E-invoicing and any other filling following Malaysia standards and requirements)
- Monthly review of LMW report before submission
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and related government boards when necessary.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial report, audit schedules, and cash flow.
- Manage intercompany / related company transactions.
- Handle monthly and annual closing of entries assigned.
- Arrange to insure / renewal of insurance.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as SQL software
- Manage full set of financial accounts including AR, AP, GL, JV, stock adjustment, Cashflow, System year end processing.
- Prepare all related payment voucher, cheques, IBG transfer and payroll.
- Prepare customer / Supplier statement, Credit Note / Debit Note
- Liaise and assist with related parties with regards to financial matters & company documentations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial regulations, government regulations
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting
- Prepare & estimate tax file & advise on tax-saving strategies
- Manage day to day finance operations to support business growth and operational requirements.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and provide accurate, valid, and complete data using appropriate tools and methods
- Related accounts, admin & HR support experience
- Petty cash arrangement
- Liaise & solve IRB official letter related Withholding tax, personal tax, company tax, e-invoice etc
- Update cost price at system for RM, WIP & FG
- Manage and ensure proper filing and documentation
- Prepare & submit EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, HRDF, staff E.A, company Form E, CP8-D, Director personal tax
