Applicants must be willing to work in Raja Uda, Butterworth, at an accounting firm.

Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, reconciling bank statements, entering data into accounting databases, verifying financial reports, and determining the value of depreciable assets.

Protect confidentiality of organizational information.

Update job knowledge through educational opportunities.

Handle full set of accounts, including SST reporting and returns.

Coordinate yearly account closing, including financial statements, tax computations, and related tasks.

Issue invoices and collect payments.

Attend to tax and audit queries.

Liaise with clients regarding accounting and SST matters.

Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
