Candidates with experience will have an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.

Must have a pleasant personality and be a good team player.

Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Applicants must be willing to work in Raja Uda, Butterworth, at an accounting firm.

Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, reconciling bank statements, maintaining databases, verifying financial reports, and handling full set of accounts including SST reporting and returns.

Additional duties involve coordinating yearly account closing, issuing invoices, attending to tax and audit queries, liaising with clients, and performing ad hoc tasks as assigned.
