Job summary

Craftwerkz is seeking an experienced Accounting Executive in Selangor. The successful candidate will manage full accounts, collaborate with auditors, and ensure compliance. A minimum of three years' relevant experience and proficiency in Mandarin are essential for effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and meet monthly submission deadlines.
• Manage statutory financial accounts, P&L reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Job description

• Responsible to handle full sets of account and to meet monthly submission deadline with minimum supervision.
• Managing statutory financial accounts; P&L review, Balance Sheet review, intercompany reconciliation and monthly reporting performance analysis for Management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of SQL accounting system would be an added advantage
• Advance knowledge of bookkeeping procedure
• Good interpersonal skill, committed, sense of urgency and responsible
• Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
• Willing to work in Serdang, Seri Kembangan.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
