Job Description
  • Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
  • Manage monthly/quarterly management reports and ensure timely closing
  • Liaise with clients on financial data, queries, and document collection
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements
  • Work closely with our internal team and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, tax agents)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years experience handling full-set accounts (preferably in a firm or outsourced setting)
  • Familiar with SQL, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and client portfolios
  • Bonus: Experience with payroll or SST submissions

Salary range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 per month
