Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic and bilingual Account Executive to join our young, vibrant team!

What you'll be doing

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL)

Verify AP invoices and related expenses for accuracy before recording in the accounting system.

Prepare and issue payment vouchers for AP payments.

Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging and collection reports.

Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.

Handle general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)

Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry

Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Experience with accounting software is preferred. Familiarity with AutoCount will be an added advantage.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
