Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
• Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss account
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.
• Prepare salary and handle staff leave and others HR minor work
• Ensure compliance of e-invoicing platforms, ensuring accurate data upload and synchronization with tax authoritie & platforms where applicable.
