  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling a full set account.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL) and Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Strong attention in detail, good time management and able to meet deadline.
  • Independent, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Assist in preparing or handling full set account, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • To liaise with banker, auditors, tax agents and other local authorities.
  • Carry out any others finance, admin or operation task when required.
  • Support company activities or events when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filling and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support year-end audit and other ad hoc tasks as required.
