Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall company accounting.
  • Assist in preparing a full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and ensure all entries are accurate in the accounting system.
  • Liaise with the operations team, customers, and suppliers to resolve accounting-related matters.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax agents regarding account and tax-related matters.
  • Contribute inputs in cost variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as required.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and business operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin due to job requirements.
